Hello, I want to dilute the bottom layer of the Industrial coating (Ultra Ever dry) wich has the following composition: Acetone, Xylene, and tert-Butyl acetate.

If those are the solvents that make up the paint formulation then they should be fine for dilution.  I would guess that xylene is the main solvent and that your paint will dilute nicely with just that. Otherwise a mixture of those solvents or any one of them should let the paint down a little.   I'd go with the xylene (or whatever the main bulk of the solvent is) or a mixture of any of them.

I'd recommend acetone, as xylene may have health risks associated with its use.
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
3. Forum Supports LaTex

There is that - but as xylene is already the main solvent for the paint he is using I guess this won't be an additional problem. Xylene was used in many paints for many years and still is. There are health and safety issues with any solvents.
