Sensitivity Influence on Parameter Variables (AspenPlus V8.8)
« on: September 03, 2018, 01:42:25 PM »
Hi everybody.
May I ask you one question about sensitivity influence on parameter variables?
I set up a global parameter ("Parameter") to be varied in a Sensitivity block.
For the base case I have other parameters and stream vars dependent on the former in one Calculator Block.
Because of this, I repeated some Fortran lines into the Sensitivity block.
Weirdly, all but one are working: it is a component mole flow of the source stream. This streams enters a hyerarchy block soon after. The value varies on the source stream, but it's stuck on the inlet side within the hyerarchy block.
Could it be that I called them with the same name, even if on defferent hyerarchy levels? Or am I using the wrong procedure to influence those variables?

I attach a composed picture to make it clear.

Thank you in advance.
