ChemicalForums will be dead on August 1
« on: July 13, 2006, 08:06:12 PM »
Haha, just kidding.  But while I was bored so I put together these plots (see attachedments):

Interpretation: ChemicalForums is getting more popular as time goes by...either that or people are getting stupider and need more help ;)

Positive Correlation for all data about posts, with the exception of Number of Posts, Daily, Since May 9.

If you think the forum is slow nowadays, that's because it is.  If we continue the trend we've seen since May 9, the forum is on pace to have 0 posts on....August 1, 2006!  That's not far away!!!

I personally don't think we need to worry ;)

But it was fun :D

With an R2 of 0.5268 I wouldn't count on it.
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
3. Forum Supports LaTex
