Sodium bisulfite

Can I make Sodium bisulfite using Na2CO3 & SO2. Please specify source of info & conditions for reaction if possible.

.CN refers to China and that link is written in Chinese (Mandarin).

Sodium Bisulfite only exists in aqueous form. It is made in-situ by bubbling sulphur dioxide in sodium carbonate solution.

But I am looking for some more details on technology.
i.e. Operating condition, Separation process.
Only few literary details.

i am sure someone wrote about this within the last 20 years. LOL.
