Question on chipboard glue

Hi
We have a problem on our glue (at chipboard production) i wrote the results and the glue specifications below:

A sample formula experiment and results at 180 degrees:
55% glue 40 liter
25% ammonia 0.325 liters
1% water 3.5 liter
   gel -55
Result: the gel time was observed short, the speed of the press was long, and manufacturing errors occurred
