Hi,
We created an e-juice adjacent liquid which we want to use for a different purpose than e-juice (but which still involves flavoring and the tobacco industry). We are looking to speak with someone on improving the formulation, primarily making it more potent, and we would also like to discuss questions regarding intellectual property, though these would also be discussed with a lawyer in the future.

We are looking to pay someone for an hour of their time, potentially more depending upon the answers we get.
