For the identical sample in UV/Vis spectroscopy you can use the “
Special Beer-Lambert Law” and set for both wavelength:
Aλ1 = ελ1 * c * d AND: Aλ2 = ελ2 * c * d
As for the identical Sample
c and
d in both cases are identical you will end in
ελ2 = ελ1 * Aλ2 / Aλ1

700 nm you should
