Is there a fixed style like "ACS style" for reactionschemes for publishing i JOC?
I have looked in the authors guidelines but I dont se this specified.

They do specifie the software to use, like chemdraw but only wright that the formulas should be made with this software.

You'll possibly find that the journal will edit to its own requirements anyway? Are the structures submitted as their own files (sorry, been a while since I've had to submit there)?

Yes, I beleive you send the reaction schemes as files. They dont give any comment on if they edit the schemes but thats possible, and if so there is no problem. I will probably contact ACS to get this clear.
