Ethylene Glycol Boiling Point mixture
« on: November 07, 2020, 04:18:57 AM »
Hello,

I have a mixture containing diethylene glycol (mainly) with some other glycol based components consisting less than 5% of the total solution. My current wet equilibrium reflux boiling point is 205 degree C, and equilibrium reflux boiling point about 245 degree C.

I'm trying to find another solution that I can add to lower boiling points, as the wet equilibrium reflux boiling point is required to be 140, and the equilibrium reflux boiling point 205. Product will be used as a brake fluid following the dot3 standards.

Do you have any suggestions that I can try?

Thank you
