Hello everyone! I want to make cleaning tablets. I have sodium carbonate, citric acid, and a pill press but mixing these ingredients does not get the right consistency (is not firm and crumbles). what is the missing ingredient?

Have you considered the possibility of a saccharide?
There are some other solutions as well possibly that may bind your materials instead of using water.  Some solutions will work as binders.
