Antibody calculation for different ration
« on: August 30, 2023, 02:08:43 AM »
Hi All,

I have difficulty understanding, and I hope to get some "hand" from you.

I need to prepare different rations of antibodies; let's  take as an example IgG HRP in the ration (final volume 20 ml):

- 1:5000
- 1:8000
- 1:9000

Again, that's just an example. Thanks in advance!

No idea what the real question is, but judging from similar questions we got in the past I am guessing you are struggling with dilution calculations?

Can you describe in more details what you have (what solutions, what glass/pipettes) and what you are expected to prepare?

I strongly advise drawing a picture of the dilution before doing the calculation.  This increases the chances of putting the right numbers into a formula for dilution calculations.
