First time question

Hi I have a quick question about bond polarity.  The question is about which is more polar, H-CH3 or Cl-CH3.  The CH3 is what is throwing me off.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have a C-H bond and a C-Cl bond.  Which is more polar and why?
