Using colorimetry to determine the pKa of natural indicators.
« on: November 19, 2008, 12:28:06 PM »
I'm doing an investigation at school regarding natural indicators and working out their pKa. My teacher told me about using colorimetry to back up my investigation but I can't find any information to back this up.

Any idea at all how this works?

Dear lamby11;

The methodic in " Spectrophotometry calculation (# 29’705.0) ” could be one of several strongly related solution to your problem too, especially as you should use colorimetry.

I hope to have been of some help to you.
Good Luck!
