Is there anywhere i can look at for a list of steroidal antiinflammatory drugs for acne?

Roaccutane is the best prescription drug as it dries the pores, but requires a six month course. You will feel uncomforatable dryness in the mouth, hair an chafing between the legs etc. Also steroids have all sorts of scary side effects like causing anxiety, high blood pressure and in some cases can interact with other medications to cause temporary pshychotic issues, or exacerbate existing psychiatric issues. It has been linked with suicide too. Do not use it whilst using recreational drugs or alcohol.
