Wine Titrations Experiment

Hi

I have to do a report for a wine titration experiment. I have to find the hydrogen ion concentration  for winewine.  Before conducting an experiment I have to write calculations which I need to know before I perform the experiment, I did some calculations but it is all over the place. What calculations do I need to do and in what order (I know I have to start backwards but I do not know where to start).

I am using the same solutions with known concentrations from using volumetric analysis from the past:

Concentration of NaOH = 0.086 molL-
Concentration of NaOH (a stock solution) = 0.1 molL-
Concentration of HCl = 0.1 mol L-
Concentration of Na2CO3  =   0.0496 molL-

Note: We use 25 ml pipette and 500 ml conical flask

Also, how do you calculate how much you need to dilute the NaOH to titrate against the wine

Help is greatly appreciated and respected thank you
