Hello,
need to know which is the best liquid can quickly soften and loosens solidified resin advesive such as phenolics, epoxy, acrylate, polyurethane, organosilicon used in electronic pcbs without damage pcbs.most of them are red and black color hard epoxy used to stick the bga chip to the pcb and while reflow the glue must be removed .
Please can someone help and tell me which is the best solvent for this purpose
