Which universities in the US offers the best MS degree? I need suggestions please. Thank you!

If it is as in Norway, the "best" would depend on which discipline you're talking of. Inorganic, theoretic, applied organic, biochemistry, enzymatic modelling, analytical chemistry...

And that applies to the rest of the world, as well.  Also, if you expect to find work with an MS degree, or expect to continue to get a PhD at the same institution, then the a answer changes, in each case.  And if you want to do both -- then the best is possibly not the same as the best in each case. ;)  Mr. Inquisitive: you have to ask a more complete question, about what you want, for anyone to want to attempt to answer.
