Optical Isomerism

Can somebody help me with this problem?

Is the following molecule optically active. Give a reason for your answer.

What defines whether a molecule is optically active?
Development Chemists do it on Scale, Research Chemists just do it!

It can't be optically active because no carbon atom has 4 different groups bonded to it. Lol such an easy question.
