advanced organic synthesis workbook?

Hi!
I'm looking for an workbook/problems (with solutions) for organic synthesis (i.e a set of problems to solve).
Does anybody have any tips?
Tips on websites, PDF's, books etc are all very welcome.

Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
